Days Of Amber, by Alex Chu, is out in Kindle and paperback. This great tale is a blend of both humor and suspense and shows the way Visionary Press Collaborative is expanding its genre mix. Benjamin Bautz, the editor of this book is also our Director of Humor. This is his first author to join our little family and he made a wise pick.

This book should provide you with some super moments of fun and what-the-heck combined. Gotta love that.

Amber&Associates is the most successful software company in the industry's history, which is surprising since all of its employees are aloof, lazy, and downright dysfunctional. When they're not obsessing over their next smoothie fix, or walking around the office half naked, they're doing every thing in their power to avoid working. As they approach their long awaited IPO date, hackers start breaching the companies system, and messing around with Amber's clients.. Still nobody seems to care. It's not until the Senior Risk Analyst leaves the company on a drunken tirade when everyone realizes the consequences of their idleness. Now, Amber's team of frivolous and inexperienced executives is left with the greatest challenge of their careers; actually getting work done in order to save the company.

This was a fun read! The story line involves the corporate world (something that I like a lot) and has a bit of suspense as well. It kind of makes you feel like you are in their shoes as you read the story. There is some humor which I like a lot (especially after winding down after a long day of work LOL). I liked this book because of the good mix of humor and suspense and I'm sure others will like it as well!
